By booking a consultation or purchasing reports at ZODIACO, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Duration
Each session has a fixed time duration as mentioned on the platform. Please join the call on time. If you join late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. Extra time is not provided unless you book an additional session.
Payments
Full payment must be made in advance to confirm your booking. Sessions will not be conducted without a successful payment.
No Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for any completed or missed sessions. If you fail to attend the session due to late arrival, a no-show, or technical issues on your side, no refund or reschedule will be provided. In case of a missed session, you must book a new slot by paying the full fee again.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling (if allowed) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling are not permitted.
Service Nature
Zodiaco provides astrology-based guidance, insights, and recommendations. All readings, predictions, and remedies are for informational and guidance purposes only. No prediction or outcome is guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
Zodiaco and its astrologers are not responsible for any decisions you make based on your reading. You cannot sue, file claims, or take legal action against Zodiaco or its team. Zodiaco is not liable for emotional, financial, personal, professional, or medical outcomes based on your choices.
Personal Responsibility
Astrology does not replace medical, legal, financial, or mental health services. You are fully responsible for your own decisions and actions.
User Conduct
You must behave respectfully during the session. Any abusive language or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination with no refund.
Platform & Technical Issues
If Zodiaco faces a technical problem, a free reschedule will be provided. Issues on your side (network, device, connectivity) do not qualify for refund or reschedule.
Intellectual Property
All content provided—including reports, messages, and voice/video sessions—is the intellectual property of Zodiaco. You may not copy, share, record, or publish any content without permission.
Privacy Policy
Your personal information remains confidential and is used only for service delivery. Zodiaco does not sell or misuse your data.
Amendments
Zodiaco may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
Acceptance
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.
